Ada Hand Embroidered Cream Cotton Lucknow Chikan Unstitched Suit Piece- a set of an unstitched kurta piece, unstitched bottoms and a dupatta. The unstitched kurta piece is decked with Chikankari stitches-‘Bakhiya’, ‘Phanda’ and ‘Keel Kangan’, these stitches are formed with white cotton threads. The front of the kurta includes voluminous embroidery, the front is fully embroidered. Various type of motifs like floral and mango can be seen hand embroidered on the kurta piece. Highlighting the chikan stitches- golden and lemon coloured threads are intricately used. Last but not the least, Mirror Work is used on the kurta. Since chikan embroidery and its embellishments are inspired from the Mughal Era, the mirror work also takes it inspiration from that period.
