ADA representing Lucknow Chikan at Gaurang Shah's Carvaan Showcase, Third Edition in Hyderabad: March 2023

Popular textile designer hailing from Hyderabad, India Gaurang Shah hosted his third edition of the 'Carvaan - Fashion on the Move' showcase ahead of the peak summer season.

The one-day event was elaborately hosted at his neatly designed vegetarian fine dining restaurant 'Gaurang’s Kitchen' located in the posh locality of Jubilee Hills.

Carvaan focuses on innovation, sustainability, and development of India’s traditional handicrafts across categories of ethnic wear, home decor, footwear, and home cutlery. The showcase is curated to pay homage to the undying passion that artisans pour into every creation. The nature of handicrafts is that each item is created with painstaking designing, weaving, and finishing processes making each curation singularly unique.

In this edition of the Carvaan showcase, ADA Designer Chikan Studio proudly represented the craft of 'Lucknow Chikan' from Uttar Pradesh. Ada's beautiful exquisite range of needle-crafted Chikankari apparel and accessories honed great appreciation from the many visitors to Gaurang's Kitchen. This one-day event was held on 15th March 2023, a lovely pleasant afternoon.
